I have taken the Superstar Virgo cruise when I was around 7 years old. I vaguely remember the experience. There were loads of food and this kids corner where we could play with the toys and read the books over there.
This time round, I had the chance to experience life on a cruise again. However, it was with the Royal Caribbean – Legend of the Seas. Jj and I booked a 4d3n cruise which offers two stop-overs. One was at KL and the other, Phuket.
We boarded the cruise from the Marina Bay Cruise Centre. It is a new cruise terminal which is located at Marina South. It is a really magnificent building! Pretty! ^^
We were early so we walked around the place. After checking in and all, we boarded the cruise and we started exploring the place! Having waited for quite awhile in the cruise centre, we decided to makan first! So this is our first meal on board! 🙂 Start of 4d3n of non-stop buffet!
There are a few restaurants that offer free buffet on the cruise – Windjammer Café (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), Solarium Café (at night, by the poolside), Romeo and Juliet (best buffet dinner on board) and room service (totally free except for orders between 12am to 5am).
So basically, Jj and I were just eating day and night.. Well, there was nothing much for us to do, especially after the first two days. We were too quick in exploring all the stuff once we stepped on the cruise. X.X
I will be sharing our explorations on board Legend of the Seas in the next few posts. 🙂
